Fernando Barros

As any Brazilian child, I grew up playing soccer on the streets with my friends. Until my 17's I played for three different soccer projects with players that now are playing for big teams in Rio de Janeiro.

In 2014 I finished my college degree in Physical Education and kept myself surrounded by soccer players but from that time on as a coach. Since 2014 I've been working with kids and soccer and I love what I do.

I really believe that when kids are involved in an environmental where they need to make decisions, work as a team, respect the others and the rules they will become better players and more important than that, they will become better human beings in general.
